What is Sprog?

Sprog is a magical AI-powered storytelling app designed for parents to create unique, personalised stories for their children. Spark your child's imagination with endless adventures starring them as the hero!

How do I restore my previous purchases?

If you've purchased a subscription before, you can restore it for free. On the upgrade screen, simply tap the "Restore Purchases" button. This will check your App Store account for any existing subscriptions and apply them to your app.

How does the subscription work?

Sprog offers a free tier with a limited number of stories you can create each week. To unlock unlimited story creation and save your favorite tales, you can upgrade to a Premium subscription (monthly or yearly) through an in-app purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can manage or cancel your Sprog subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. On your device, go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions, find Sprog in the list, and tap Cancel Subscription. For more details, see Apple's official guide.
